Is telehealth (online therapy) confidential?

Yes, all our counselors use HIPAA compliant telehealth and records management software and provide therapy from secure locations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in a secure location for all sessions.

How much does counseling cost?

Client fees are based on a sliding scale from $30-$95 per 50-minute session. Couples clients have the option to attend 75-minute sessions which are based on a sliding scale from $45-$140. Fees are set based on information you provide in the new client intake form.

What kinds of clients do you serve?

We see individuals and couples (ages 18+) throughout the state of California. Due to state laws, clients who are located outside of California are unable to receive our services. All clients are welcome, although we have a careful intake process to ensure that the people we work with are appropriate for receiving therapy via telehealth.

How do I become a client?

Complete our Psychotherapy Intake Form and we will get back to you within one business day.

What are your hours of availability?

Client sessions are conducted seven days a week between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, depending on counselor availability. Our administrative staff can be reached by phone or email between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.

What languages are available for counseling?

In addition to English, we currently have counselors who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, and Panjabi.
