With a foundation in kinesiology and athletic training, David Martinez draws on years of experience supporting individuals through physical stress, injury, and high-pressure situations. David Shapiro

David Shapiro is a student at Sentio University with a background in trauma-informed, equine-assisted work and experiential group settings. He currently facilitates equine-assisted experiences in addiction treatment environments and is certified in Natural Lifemanship, a modality that emphasizes safety, connection, and nervous system awareness. David is especially interested in meditation, ecopsychology, and attachment-focused work, and values the role of nature, creativity, and community in emotional healing and recovery.

Elizabeth Ardeano Orozco

Elizabeth Ardeano Orozco is a student as Sentio University and has extensive experience working with children, families, and students in educational and community-based settings. Her work has included supporting youth through learning challenges, emotional needs, and periods of transition. Elizabeth hopes to work closely with children and families, offering encouragement, care, and consistency.

Gabby Hirata

Gabby Hirata is a counseling graduate student at Sentio University with a background leading organizations through periods of complexity, transition, and high-stakes decision-making. Jessica Del Mundo

Jessica Del Mundo’s interests center on children, adolescents, and families, with particular attention to navigating neurodiversity and developmental differences. Her background includes work in youth programs, childcare settings, and family-focused research, and she is especially drawn to supporting young people and caregivers as they build understanding, connection, and resilience. Jessica is also interested in yoga and mindfulness and is training as a yoga assistant, which informs her curiosity about somatic awareness and the mind–body connection.

Jie Shen

Jie Shen brings years of experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Her career in multinational and people-centered roles has shaped a calm, attentive, and compassionate way of relating to others. Jie is interested in supporting clients as they reflect on their experiences and navigate personal change. She currently provides individual counseling in English and Mandarin.

Kendall Lawrence

Mikaela Abundez

Mikaela Abundez lives in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Touro University. She has training in experiential, humanistic and emotion-focused therapies. She specializes in working with depression, disordered eating, body image issues, adverse childhood experiences and relationship issues. In her free time she enjoys taking care of her many plants, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
