Alegria Chimal

Alegria Chimal lives in San Francisco and attends Golden Gate University. She enjoys working with people with mixed ethnicities and immigrant backgrounds as well as individuals coming out of incarceration. Her background includes experience as a Judicial Services Assistant Manager for the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project. Alegria can provide therapy in English and Spanish.

Alejandro Martínez

Alejandro Martínez lives in Orange County and is a Counseling Psychology student at California State University, Long Beach. Alejandro is a Latino male who has supported individuals and families with trauma, spirituality, life transitions, addiction, and more. He strives to create a safe space where people can feel comfortable being themselves. He enjoys exercising, trying new food, video games, and board games. Alejandro can provide therapy in English and Spanish.

Allison Ussery

Allison Ussery lives in Los Angeles and attends the University of La Verne. They have a background in social psychology, including research topics such as “Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluation” and “Meditation and the Effects of Suspense.” Allison is proud to be part of a person’s journey no matter where they are starting or where they came from.

Bill Roozeboom

Dr. Bill Roozeboom teaches at Loyola Marymount University, Boston College, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He has prior clinical experience as a pastoral counselor and neurotherapy practitioner, working with clients on issues of stress and anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, spiritual crises, and relational issues in both premarital and marital therapy. He currently attends Touro University and holds a Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology and Pastoral Care and Counseling. Bill considers himself an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and his research explores the intersections of neuroscience and religion, the neuroscience of implicit bias, racial justice and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and practices of self-care.

Bret Hansen

Bret Hansen lives in Los Angeles and is a student at Touro University specializing in marriage and family therapy. He is a former adjunct art professor at Pratt Institute with over two decades of professional experience in marketing. Bret’s areas of clinical interest include mindfulness, self-compassion, existentialism, domestic violence, and creativity.

Chidale O’Hara

Chidale O’Hara attends Golden Gate University. Her background includes over two decades of experience in the public sector as a small business owner and client-focused service provider, with a strong foundation in customer service, community engagement, and strategic planning. Chidale brings a unique perspective that combines a passion for helping others and seeking solutions. She aspires to use her clinical skills to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients to navigate the complexities associated with lived experiences, while building strong therapeutic relationships and fostering an atmosphere of trust.

David Montgomery

David Montgomery has experience working with diverse clients at the By the Bay Health Bereavement Department, the Peggy Smith Counseling Clinic, and West Contra Costa County Child and Adolescent Services. David received his Master's in Counseling from San Francisco State University in 2017. He has been a trainer for five year-long Nonviolent Communication programs, including two at San Quentin State Prison. David provides counseling in Spanish and English.

Haylee Bender

Haylee Bender lives in Costa Mesa and attends the California School of Professional Psychology. She has certifications in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Haylee takes a humanistic, holistic, and collaborative approach to mental health and supports her clients in addressing their whole selves, focusing on the interconnectedness of their minds, bodies, relationships, and spirit.

Jen Mirmira

Jen Mirmira lives in San Diego and is a graduate of Touro University. She has experience as a domestic violence advocate providing direct client services to vulnerable populations who have experienced trauma, housing insecurity, and immigration issues. Jen is racial justice, LGBTQ+, non-monogamy, and sex-positive/kink allied.

Jessica Pfisterer

Jessica Pfisterer lives in Oakland and attends Touro University. Jessica specializes in working with clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma histories, relationship issues, and her fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community. She is committed to working collaboratively with her clients to cultivate healing, resilience, and improved relationships. Outside the office, you can find Jessica dancing, spending time with her niblings, and hiking with her wife and their dog.

Jocelyn De Guzman

Jocelyn (Joy) De Guzman is currently obtaining her MA MFT at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to her career as a psychotherapist, she obtained her JD and practiced law as an attorney for many years. Nothing drives Joy more than the opportunity to help her clients better understand themselves, find healing, and shape more meaningful relationships. She is dedicated to increasing access to mental health services for diverse populations (particularly immigrants and AAPI) using creative modalities. Joy is bilingual in English and Filipino (Tagalog) and has completed training in various areas, including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Jomil Conste

Jomil Conste lives in Los Angeles and attends Pepperdine University. Her clinical interests include couples therapy and supporting immigrant adults who may have immigration/migration trauma, and she has previous experience as a registered behavior technician. Mia Falco

Mia Falco lives in Santa Cruz and attends Palo Alto University. She has a background in health with experience in chronic illness and injury management, end-of-life care, grief, and loss. Mia is a member of the Association of Counseling Sexology and Sexual Wellness (ACSSW) and is a passionate ally of the LGBTQ+ community. She enjoys yoga, outdoor adventures, and walking on the beach with her dog.

Mikaela Abundez

Mikaela Abundez lives in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Touro University. She has training in experiential, humanistic and emotion-focused therapies. She specializes in working with depression, disordered eating, body image issues, adverse childhood experiences and relationship issues. In her free time she enjoys taking care of her many plants, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Milo Green

Milo Green lives in North Hollywood and attends Antioch University. They work from a liberation perspective and are explicitly anti-racist in their approach to mental health. Milo is non-monogamy and sex/kink positive and enjoys working with clients who are LGBTQ+ or questioning. They have certifications in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and psychological first aid.

Nawal Rashid

Nawal Rashid lives in Los Angeles and attends Pepperdine University. She was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and grew up in a household that integrated Hispanic, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean cultures. Nawal has interned as a counselor in Palestine, gaining experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She can provide counseling services in English and Arabic.

Olivia Lesley

Olivia Lesley lives in Los Angeles and attends the University of Southern California. She is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and volunteers at Peace Over Violence as a domestic violence and sexual assault trauma counselor. Olivia has a passion for working in a culturally responsive way with those who have sexual, intimacy, and relationship concerns.

Parnika Bajaj

Parnika Bajaj lives in San Francisco and attends Golden Gate University. Her previous clinical experience includes providing mental health support related to the impact of COVID-19, conducting psychological assessments for ADHD, and group therapy. Parnika has additional research experience on the effects of knowledge of mental health on mental well-being. She provides counseling services in English and Hindi.

Peter Awad

Peter Awad lives in Los Angeles and attends California State University, Long Beach. He is Egyptian-American and has extensive research experience working with veterans, first responders, and individuals at risk of suicide. Peter is passionate about meditation, mindfulness, and psychedelic integrative therapy, and he also works as a psychometrist at the Center for PCS and PTSD Treatment.

Sheena Dhillon

Sheena Dhillon is a South Asian psychotherapist from Sacramento. She is the reigning president of the GGU Psychology Club and recently has been awarded the Phansteil Fellowship. Sheena comes to you as a first-generation American, a woman of color, and the founder of the popular Instagram account The Brown Girl Therapist, where she strives to educate, empower, and support the mental wellness of “Brown Girls” worldwide.

Sheena Dhillon is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee at Sentio Counseling Center. She is supervised by Rocky Allemandi, LMFT #52549.

Sveta Rao

Sveta Rao graduated from UC Davis with a BA in Psychology. With a passion for social justice, she originally pursued a career in law, working as a case manager for seven years before pursuing her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California. She works with cultural humility and is drawn to depth work, a strengths-based approach, and person-centered, Afri-centered and Black feminist, and existential orientations.

Teri Moss

Teri Moss lives in Rossmoor and attends Touro University. She has extensive experience in the education field, including serving as a member of Individualized Education Program teams and reading clinical educational evaluations. Teri also works as the principal of St. Thomas More School in Alhambra, California.

Tytiana Burns lives in Los Angeles and attends Pepperdine University. She has previous experience as a substance abuse counselor for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH).
