The Sentio Counseling Center (SCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit counseling center providing affordable online therapy to individuals and couples throughout California. Whether you are in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Oakland, Long Beach, Fresno, Bakersfield, Riverside, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Stockton, San Bernardino, or anywhere else in the state, our counselors are here to help. As a nonprofit, we offer sliding scale fees to make quality mental health care accessible regardless of income. We are the only counseling center in California that integrates Deliberate Practice training and clinical outcome data into every aspect of care, which means our counselors are continuously developing their skills based on real feedback and measurable results from the people they work with.

The SCC is the clinical training partner of Sentio University, a nonprofit graduate institution in Los Angeles dedicated to advancing therapist education through research and hands-on skill development. Our counselors provide individual counseling, relationship counseling, and coaching using a range of evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and more. Sessions are conducted online via secure, HIPAA-compliant video, seven days a week. Hours of Service

Client sessions are conducted seven days a week between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, depending on counselor availability.

Our administrative staff can be reached by phone or email between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
