The Sentio Alumni Network: Continuing the Mission of Excellence

At Sentio Counseling Center, our mission has always been two-fold: to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our community today, and to train the elite clinicians of tomorrow. We created this directory because we believe that our commitment to clinical excellence should not end when a therapist completes their time with us.

Why We Host This Directory

The therapists listed here represent the "Sentio Standard." During their time at our center, these practitioners didn’t just talk about therapy—they practiced it. They participated in hundreds of hours of video-based supervision, utilized measurement-based care to track client progress, and committed themselves to the rigorous path of Deliberate Practice. We host this page to ensure that clients seeking high-level care can continue to find the specialists we have mentored.

Independent Practitioners

Please note that the therapists featured on this page have successfully "graduated" from our program and now operate their own independent private practices. They carry with them the advanced skills and specialized training they honed during their residency with us.

Find Your Next Step

If you are looking for a therapist who values transparency, tracks outcomes, and is dedicated to constant professional growth, we highly recommend browsing the profiles below. We encourage you to contact these practitioners directly through their respective websites to learn more about their current availability, specialties, and fee structures.

Choosing a therapist is a significant decision; these clinicians have proven they have the dedication and skill to help you navigate your journey.

South Bay / Redondo Beach, CA (Telehealth) · Sentio Counseling Center practicum graduate, Class of 2023

Specialties: Anxiety, Perfectionism, Burnout, Relationships, Self-Worth, Family Dynamics

Mikaela is a graduate of our intensive clinical residency, where she distinguished herself through more than 400 hours of direct patient care supported by our rigorous video-review supervision protocol. Throughout her tenure at Sentio, she evolved into a sophisticated relational practitioner, specializing in experiential techniques that facilitate deep, meaningful change. What defined Mikaela’s time at our center was her exceptional clinical efficacy; her client outcome data consistently showed measurable, quantifiable improvements in wellbeing. This level of success is a direct result of her commitment to the Sentio model of continuous improvement—she regularly scrutinized her own clinical footage and utilized expert feedback to refine her craft session by session. We are proud to see her now bringing this high standard of online therapy for teens and adults across California via her independent telehealth practice.
